THE RULES
- Nothing renews by default: every row gets a decision with
  lead time (insurance: 2-3 weeks to shop around; subscriptions:
  a few days).
- Log the cancel method the day you sign up; it's hardest to
  find the week you need it.
- Price rises count as renewals: a "your new price" email
  reopens the decision.
