Is the iCloud Drive connector secure?
Yes. ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant, with SOC 2 Type II underway. readywhen never trains on your data.
- Only sees what you already see. readywhen inherits your iCloud Drive permissions. If someone can’t access something in iCloud Drive, neither can readywhen.
- Access only where installed. readywhen only reads iCloud Drive files and folders you grant it access to. It is read-only by default.
- Never trains on your data. Your iCloud Drive data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, ours or any third party’s.
- Enterprise security standards. ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant, with a Data Processing Agreement available on request. Encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC 2 Type II is underway.

No. Read-only by default. Any actions on files are surfaced for your approval.

Yes. readywhen only sees the folders or shared drives you choose.
3. Will readywhen post or send anything in iCloud Drive on my behalf?
Not without your approval. readywhen reads to understand context and prepares drafts. Anything that goes out is reviewed by you first.
4. Does readywhen train AI models on our iCloud Drive data?
No. Your iCloud Drive data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, ours or any third party's.
5. Can I disconnect iCloud Drive at any time?
Yes. Uninstall the integration or revoke access in readywhen, and we stop accessing your data immediately.
6. How long does setup take?
30 seconds for personal install. If your workspace requires admin approval, it depends on how long your admin takes to approve it.
